Gretchen Mikulich has extensive work experience, beginning with an internship at The Freeman Company in 2009. During this role, they were involved in developing a trade show from start to finish, working with each department from sales to operations, and drafting convention floor plans and booth designs using AutoCAD. In the same year, they became the Youth League Director at Las Vegas Indoor Soccer, directing over 70 youth teams in a summer soccer league for over 700 games. Her responsibilities included team registration, game schedules, referees and coaches schedules, maintaining excellent customer service, tracking standings, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for players and parents. In 2011, they became the General Manager at U-Swirl, where they created operation systems to improve store cleanliness, efficiency, and organization. Gretchen was also responsible for improving supplier relationships, maintaining contact with corporate offices, planning long term goals, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and gaining a competitive advantage. In 2014, they interned at Gene Arant Team, Keller Williams Realty, where they actively learned how to lead generate, value properties, show homes, and negotiate contracts. Gretchen also attended the Gary Keller Quantum Leap Seminar and shadowed and worked with each position in the office from Listing Specialist to Team Ambassador. In 2016, they became a Management Consultant and then a Management Consulting Senior Analyst at Accenture, and also became a Co-Founder at Full Package Media.
Gretchen Mikulich began their educational journey in 2007 when they attended Centennial High School. Gretchen then transferred to Northwest Career and Technical Academy where they earned their diploma with an emphasis in Engineering and Design in 2011. After that, they attended Baylor University and earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in 2015 with a focus in Business Management, Finance, and Entrepreneurship.
