Prior to Jacobs Engineering, Lindsay was the Marketing Manager at Schumaker & Company from 2004 to 2005. Lindsay developed and implemented sales, marketing, and PR strategies and organized promotional activities.
Lindsay's early career included the role of Leasing Manager at Paradigm Properties Management Team from 2002 to 2004, where they were in charge of the leasing and administration of a large residential rental property. Additionally, they worked as a Marketing Intern at SJI Events in 2003, where they helped launch the Cartoon Network's Adult Swim.

Lindsay Diven, CPSM, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Florida, completing their studies from 2000 to 2004. In 2016 and 2017, Lindsay pursued further education at UC Irvine, obtaining a Graduate Certificate in Digital Marketing. Additionally, Lindsay has acquired several certifications, including being a Full Focus Planner Certified Pro from Michael Hyatt & Company, which they achieved in December 2021. Furthermore, Lindsay is a Certified Professional Services Marketer, having obtained this certification from SMPS—Society for Marketing Professional Services in June 2013.
