Joe Bielek possesses extensive experience in operations and technical roles, currently serving as Operations Team Lead at Full Service Network since September 2016. Previously, Joe worked at Best Buy as a Deployment Functionality Technician from April 2010 to September 2016 and gained customer service experience as a Caddy at Oakmont Country Club from May 1998 to August 2009. Joe holds two Bachelor's degrees in Mathematics and History from PennWest Clarion, earned between 2004 and 2009.
