Natalie Castillo is a Case Management and Analysis Specialist at Full Swing Simulators since December 2020, where responsibilities include delivering data-driven insights and creating Knowledge Base Articles based on case resolutions. Prior experience includes serving as a Technical Support Team Lead at TSP from October 2016 to December 2020, focusing on remote support for Top Golf Swing Simulators and fostering strong communication with onsite associates. Natalie has also worked as an Associate Desktop Specialist on the Windows 7 to Windows 10 migration project at Texas Instruments, provided service desk support as a Service Desk Analyst, and supported various applications as an Associate Help Desk Analyst. Currently, Natalie is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Science, specializing in Data Management/Data Analytics, at Western Governors University, expected to complete in November 2027.
