Nicole Dombrowski

Nicole Dombrowski serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources at FULLBEAUTY Brands, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, Nicole worked as Vice President of Human Resources at The Children's Place from April 2022 to November 2023, and also held the same Vice President position at FULLBEAUTY Brands from 2019 to 2022. Nicole has extensive experience in human resources at ANN INC (covering various brands such as Ann Taylor, LOFT, and Lou & Grey) from February 2011 to May 2019, progressing through several roles including Associate Vice President, Director, Manager, Generalist, and Coordinator. Earlier in Nicole's career, experience in public relations roles was gained at The Knot and In Touch Weekly, where responsibilities included managing publicity efforts, securing media placements, and executing industry events. Nicole earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Boston University in 2006.
