Jess Colarette

Jess Colarette is an experienced professional in the field of education and performance analytics, currently serving as an Academic Product Manager at FullBloom since May 2021. In this role, Jess facilitates the identification and prioritization of business and functional requirements, manages the product backlog and strategic roadmap, and collaborates with an offshore development team. Prior to this position, Jess held significant roles at CADES, including Director of Performance Analytics and Director of Early Learning, where responsibilities encompassed training program leaders, streamlining procedures, and ensuring compliance.
