Jessica Petersen is an accomplished education professional with significant experience in leadership and implementation roles within the educational sector. Currently serving as General Manager for Professional Development Services at FullBloom since August 2021, Jessica previously held the position of Vice President of Professional Services at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt from February 2016 to August 2021, where responsibilities included leading a regional team to enhance customer relationships and delivery metrics. Prior experience at Kaplan spanned multiple roles, culminating as National Director of Implementation, focusing on team management and superior product implementation.
