Michael Ma

Michael Ma has a diverse work experience, spanning various roles and companies. Michael began their career as the Co-Owner/CEO of GSI, where they negotiated contracts, maintained supplier quality adherence, and established new technical systems and operational processes. After leaving GSI, Michael joined Apple, where they worked in various roles, including Apple Mac Genius, iPhone/iPod Quality Product Quality, and Apple Watch, iPad, iPod Product Quality. In these roles, they oversaw OQC/QA testing, created testing scenarios and documentation, and drove closure of identified bugs and software-related issues. Most recently, Michael worked at J.C. HACKNEY, LLC as Lead FileMaker Developer, where they created and developed custom FileMaker applications, provided technical direction, and identified potential technical/business challenges. Michael is currently working as a Senior Product Manager at FullCity Consulting.
