Denham Patterson

Denham Patterson CPA CA has nearly 20 years of experience in public accounting in Ontario, focusing on small and medium-sized privately held corporations and not-for-profit organizations. Currently a Partner and Principal in Business Enterprise Solutions at Fuller Landau LLP since October 2018, Denham previously held partner positions at Bennett Gold LLP and owned a practice that provided assurance and advisory services. Earlier career roles included senior management positions at Deloitte & Touche, Mintz & Partners LLP, and Shimmerman Penn LLP, where Denham specialized in assurance, forensic auditing, and various advisory services including estate planning, internal control evaluations, and corporate tax planning. Denham holds a Bachelor of Business Management and a Diploma in Accounting and Finance from Ryerson University.
