Laura Chapman, CIR, CHRP, currently serves as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Fuller Landau LLP, beginning in February 2024. Prior to this role, Laura was the National Talent Sourcing Manager at KPMG Canada from February 2019 to August 2023, where responsibilities included developing national talent sourcing strategies, presenting market insights, and creating recruitment dashboards. Laura also held positions at KPMG as a National Talent Sourcing Specialist and at Aon, where roles ranged from Talent Acquisition Specialist to Recruitment Coordinator. With a certificate in Human Resources from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Guelph, Laura brings extensive experience and expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment.
