Ali Gradert

Ali Gradert is an accomplished Digital Growth Strategist and entrepreneur, serving as the Founder of Clement Designs and Consulting since June 2021, where the focus is on maximizing online potential for businesses through engaging content and targeted marketing campaigns. As a Co-Founder of Oak + Elm Church Communications, Gradert supports church and non-profit leaders in developing effective communication strategies to alleviate burnout. In addition to these roles, Gradert is the Director of Marketing and Client Engagement at AE Sloan Leadership and the Communications Manager for the Center of Spiritual Formation at Fuller Theological Seminary. Previous experience includes freelance photography at Bee Photography and serving as the Director of Youth Ministry at Covenant Presbyterian Church in Austin, TX. Ali Gradert holds a degree in Christian Ministries from Gordon College, completed in 2019.
