James Ince is currently the Head of Operations at Fuller, Smith & Turner, a role they have held since 2025. Previously, James was the Head of Operations for Company Operated Stores at Starbucks from 2021 to 2025, and served as Regional Operations Manager at Pizza Express from 2017 to 2020. Their earlier experience includes positions as Regional Manager at Enterprise Inns from 2003 to 2010 and Area Manager at Town & City Pub Co from 2010 to 2011. James holds a BSc Hons in Leisure Resource Management from the University of Portsmouth, which they completed in 2000.
