Rupali Saiya has a strong work experience history, starting with their current role as Co-Founder at fullfeel, a sales performance platform for real estate agents. Additionally, Rupali designed a prototype for a search engine called "Project United", which combined all of Cisco's internal sites.
Rupali then moved on to Microsoft, where they interned as a Program Manager Intern. Here, they assisted with the launch of Microsoft's ExpressRoute service, formulated deployment schedules, organized resource and procurement needs, and created a marketing campaign to inform employees of system changes.
Following their internship at Microsoft, Rupali joined Workday and held multiple roles within the company. Rupali initially worked as a Software Application Engineer II, before transitioning to a role in sales. Notably, they were awarded MVP for FY20 and was recognized as a top performer in the highly selective global sales training program. Rupali presented and demoed Workday's emerging technology strategy to clients, communicated the company's value proposition, built business cases, and described the competitive landscape and Workday's unique capabilities and solutions. Rupali also served as the President of Women@Workday, demonstrating leadership and dedication to promoting diversity and inclusion within the organization.

Rupali Saiya started their education at Amador Valley High School from 2007 to 2011. Following their high school education, they attended the University of California, Davis from 2011 to 2015. At UC Davis, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science and Engineering.
