Donna Rolf

Donna Rolf is an accomplished board member and strategic advisor with a diverse background in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as a Board Member for both American Community Bank & Trust and Novilla RNG, Donna also operates as a Principal Consultant, Advisor, and Investor at DJR, Inc. since 2019, focusing on energy, waste, agriculture, food, and real estate. Previously, Donna acted as General Counsel for Fullmark Energy and was appointed Interim President and CEO of The Cradle, where significant organizational improvements were achieved. As Executive Vice President at FDLT, Donna led growth strategies and risk management initiatives, and from 2011 to 2017, held multiple leadership positions at Amp Americas LLC, driving success in the renewable energy sector. Donna holds a JD from the University of Illinois College of Law and a BA in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
