Michael Garger

Michael Garger is an accomplished education and training professional with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Director of Learning and Training at Conifer Realty since July 2021, Michael previously held roles as a Training and Development Manager. At iTutor.com Inc., Michael has contributed as an Online Instructor and Brand Ambassador since February 2018, delivering exceptional online education. Michael's prior experience includes critical roles at Catholic Family Center, where responsibilities encompassed managing training programs and employee engagement initiatives, and at Navient, where management of training needs across multiple states was a primary focus. Michael has also taught social science at both Geneseo Middle School High School and Mount Morris School and has played pivotal roles in curriculum development and educational leadership throughout the career. Michael holds a Master's degree in Education and a Bachelor's degree in History from SUNY Geneseo.
