Shai Zaban

Shai Zaban is an experienced engineering manager currently leading teams at Fullpath, an AI-first tech company in the automotive sector, since August 2025. Prior to this role, Shai was a group lead at Mend.io, overseeing the development of a flagship Software Composition Analysis solution from August 2022 to August 2025. Earlier experience includes positions as a software engineering team lead at Bizzabo and a group lead at RADCOM, where responsibilities encompassed managing multiple scrum teams and developing cloud-native network intelligence solutions. Shai's extensive technical background spans over a decade, with roles ranging from team lead to project manager at various companies, including Giga Real Time Ltd and Philips Medical. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Computer Science from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo.
