Michelle Jaynes-Nadeau

Michelle Jaynes-Nadeau, CSM, CSPO, currently serves as the Agile Portfolio Manager and Associate Director of IT Project Management at FullscopeRMS, a position held since April 2018. Previously, Michelle spent over 15 years at Disability RMS in various capacities, including Project Manager II/Business Architect and Project Manager, where critical roles involved leading Agile transformations, managing complex projects, and enhancing business processes. Michelle's earlier career included significant project management and business analysis roles at Unum, focusing on system development, project coordination, and client engagement. Notable accomplishments include managing large-scale initiatives, driving process improvements, and fostering strong relationships with project stakeholders. Michelle's educational background includes studies in Scarborough, Maine, from 1984 to 1988.
