Crystal F. is an experienced professional with a strong background in fundraising, corporate partnerships, and strategic operations management. Currently serving as an AFP NYC Board Member and Chair of the IDEA Committee since January 2021, Crystal has also held roles as Program Lead at Fullstack Academy since May 2019 and Vice President at CFS Consulting since January 2017. Previous experience includes key positions at Jazz at Lincoln Center, where $1.95 million in corporate revenue was raised, and Dress for Success Worldwide, where fundraising goals were consistently exceeded.
