Mona Fonti

Mona Fonti has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Mona currently serves as the Head of People & Culture at Fullstaq, a fast-growing cloud-native IT services company focused on helping start-ups and enterprises achieve their Kubernetes goals. Prior to that, they held the same position at Beyond Blue, the first Azure-focused IT service company in the Netherlands. From 2019 to 2022, they worked as an Event Organizer at Sue B.V. In their earlier career, they served as a Unit Manager at Snow B.V., where they supervised a team of 40 technical consultants and was responsible for their progress, salary negotiations, and retraining plans. Additionally, they worked as an Assistant Manager and Office Manager at CycloMedia Technology B.V. and Snow B.V. respectively.

Mona Fonti attended the Fontys University of Applied Sciences for the Dance Academy program. Mona also studied at the Amsterdams Lyceum, but their field of study is not specified.
