Charles Freund

Charles Freund has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Charles currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Fullsteam since October 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at FLEETCOR from 2009 to 2022, including Chief Financial Officer, EVP of Strategy, EVP of Global Sales, EVP of Corporate Strategy, and President of Developing Markets. At FLEETCOR, they were responsible for developing and managing businesses outside of the U.S., Canada, Europe, and Eurasia, as well as developing corporate and line of business growth strategies and advising on significant acquisitions. Charles also served as the SVP of Corporate Strategy and played a key role in the company's initial public offering. Before joining FLEETCOR, they were the Managing Director of The Fuelcard Company from 2007 to 2008, where they had full P&L responsibility for FleetCor's fuel card issuing subsidiary in the U.K. Charles also worked at FleetCor from 2000 to 2005, holding the positions of VP of Business Development and Director of Business Development. In these roles, they focused on acquisitions, pricing strategies, revenue improvement, and capital raising. Charles began their career at Sibson Consulting in 1994 as an intern and later served as an Associate and Consultant, where they worked on business strategy development, compensation program design, and new business initiatives.

Charles Freund completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics at Rutgers University from 1990 to 1995. Additionally, they obtained several certifications including "Skills for Inclusive Conversations" from LinkedIn in September 2021, "Unconscious Bias" from LinkedIn in June 2021, and "Fighting Gender Bias at Work" from LinkedIn in April 2021.
