Dan Wilson

Dan Wilson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and configuration management within the technology and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Platform Engineering at Fullsteam since March 2025, Dan previously held the role of Director of Operations and Configuration Management at Effective Health Systems, Inc., where responsibilities included enhancing tracking deliverables and managing Azure Cloud Infrastructure. With a solid background in change management, Dan has led teams through agile transformations and process improvements in various organizations, including New York Life Insurance Company and Healthesystems. Dan's career, which spans over two decades, also includes significant roles in software configuration management and release engineering across multiple companies, demonstrating a strong foundation in technical leadership and team mentorship. Dan holds a BM in Music Education from Virginia Commonwealth University.
