Karen Safro

Karen Safro is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Director of Corporate FP&A at Fullsteam since July 2024. Prior to this role, Karen held the position of Manager of Financial Planning at Dartmouth-Hitchcock from September 2019 to May 2023. Karen's extensive background includes a long tenure at InterGen, where responsibilities ranged from Consultant/Manager of Special Projects, focusing on the transition to GBP IFRS external financial reporting, to Global Reporting Manager and Corporate BU Controller. Throughout this career, Karen successfully implemented process automation and Business Intelligence solutions, while also collaborating with staff at all levels, including direct monthly reporting to C-suite executives. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Central Florida, earned between 1992 and 1996.
