Theresa Lamott

Theresa LaMott is a seasoned professional in the field of information security and cybersecurity, currently serving as a Senior Compliance Analyst in InfoSec at Fullsteam since October 2025. With a robust background, Theresa spent a decade at Sikich as a Senior Consultant specializing in cybersecurity and completing PCI DSS Level 1 assessments. Previous roles include serving as a Cyber Security Consultant and Technical Analyst, along with tutoring IT students at Waukesha County Technical College. Theresa also gained hands-on experience as an IT Network Specialist Student during a summer internship, where responsibilities included installing and wiring network equipment. Early in the career, Theresa worked for JCPenney for over 16 years, where leadership skills were honed as a Pricing & Signing Supervisor. Educational qualifications include an IT Network Specialist degree from Waukesha County Technical College and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
