Alana Lindsay has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Starting in 2010, they worked as a Public Relations Intern at Klick X - The Creative Solutions Company and Wasamedia Pty Ltd. In 2012, they served as the Office and PR Manager at The Video Platform (now TVN.ASIA). From 2013 to 2014, Alana worked as an Account Manager at CDS Global, followed by a role as a Marketing Project Manager at Pacific Magazines in 2014-2015. Starting in 2015, they became a Customer Success Specialist at iDriveYourCar, where they stayed until 2018. Alana then joined Pana as a Customer Success Specialist and later transitioned to a Training Specialist role from 2018 to 2021. Alana joined Design Pickle in 2021 as a Customer Success Specialist before moving to Wirely DTS as an Implementation Coordinator. Currently, they are employed at FullStory, starting as a Senior Onboarding Specialist in 2022, then progressing to an Onboarding Principal and finally becoming a Principal Partner Success Manager.
Alana Lindsay received a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Charles Sturt University between 2009 and 2011. Additionally, they obtained certifications such as PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training from PeopleCert in January 2024, SheCodes Plus from SheCodes in 2023, SheCodes Basics from SheCodes in 2023, and Fundamentals Certification Exam from FullStory in 2022.
