Genna Weinstein

Genna Weinstein serves as the People Operations and HR Senior Director at FullStory since April 2019, where responsibilities include managing a team of eight and overseeing various HR programs for over 125 managers, supporting the company's expansion. Prior to FullStory, Genna was the Head of Talent and HR at Panorama Education, enhancing the educational experience for over 9 million students. Genna also held the position of Senior Director of Talent Development at Achievement First, managing a teacher evaluation program for 800 teachers and developing a recognized career pathway. Earlier experience includes roles as Senior Director of Recruitment Operations at Achievement First and Higher Education Research Consultant at The Advisory Board Company, with a brief tenure as a Summer Associate at McKinsey & Co. Genna holds a BA from Columbia University and an MBA in Operations from NYU Stern School of Business.
