Kristin Mills is currently the Head of Growth & VP, Demand Generation at FullStory. Kristin has over 9 years of experience in global demand generation and marketing automation strategy. At their previous company, Workiva, they led global demand generation strategy and advised on marketing automation strategy to drive demand including lead scoring, routing, global program setup, customer journey, and engagement strategy. Kristin was also a member of the MARTECH committee and led partnership with SiriusDecisions for Demand Generation & Email best practices.

Kristin has a proven track record of driving revenue growth and pipeline creation through integrated marketing approaches and full funnel marketing tactics. Kristin is an expert in developing KPI and reporting frameworks, including lead waterfalls, dashboards, conversion metrics, cohort waterfall analysis, and ROI reports. Kristin is also experienced in cross functional go-to-market program execution, working with teams such as Sales, Customer Marketing, Product Marketing, and Operations.

Throughout their career, Kristin has worked with various paid media platforms to determine the optimal channel mix for their companies, including social media, SEM/SEO, ABM, events, content marketing, and virtual events. Kristin's experience and skills have helped their generate successful results for their previous companies and they are excited to continue to grow FullStory's presence in the market.

Kristin Mills has a BA in Advertising from Iowa State University. Kristin also has three certifications from Google: Google Analytics Individual Certification, Google Ads Display Certification, and Google Ads Search Certification.
