Rachel Phillips

Rachel Phillips is the current Chief Operating Officer at Fully Accountable. Rachel previously held the same position at Total Team from September 2017 to September 2018.

Total Team is a company dedicated to helping other businesses win at hiring, training and retaining employees. The company offers a complete system that includes everything from an automated hiring process to compliance and team success software.

Rachel was brought on board in 2017 to help grow the company and streamline operations. Under their leadership, Total Team has seen significant growth and has helped countless businesses build their dream teams.

In their free time, Rachel enjoys spending time with their family and friends, traveling, and exploring new restaurants.

Rachel Phillips has a Juris Doctorate from the University of Akron School of Law and a Bachelor's in Political Science and Sociology from John Carroll University. Rachel is also certified by the Ohio Bar Association in Juris Doctorate.

Their manager is Vinnie Fisher, CEO. They are on a team with Amy Stanley - Controller, Ronda Duran - CFO, and Allison Hurley - Controller.
