Tim Ensmann is a seasoned entrepreneur and sales strategist with extensive experience in the hospitality and technology sectors. Currently, Tim serves as CEO and Co-Founder of Investboutiquehotels.com, focusing on high-end hospitality investments. In addition, Tim is a Managing Partner at The Eleven Cabins, overseeing a unique cabin experience that combines rustic charm with modern amenities. As a Co-Founder of Second Home Stays and Principal at Ensmann STR Fund, Tim continues to innovate in the real estate market. Tim's previous roles include Director of AI and Sales Strategy at Collective[i], where Tim advanced the use of AI in sales, as well as various leadership positions at LivePerson, Datanyze Inc., Outreach, and KiteDesk, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets. Tim holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of Tampa.
