Alexander Koo is a dedicated tech fellow and software engineer intern at California State University, Fullerton, with a strong focus on mentoring and developing innovative technology solutions. At CodePath, Alexander has mentored over 120 students in complex algorithms, leading to significant improvements in problem-solving skills. In the intern role, Alexander developed a non-invasive sensor system that accurately monitors health metrics, implemented optimizations to enhance performance, and contributed to significant advancements in machine learning through research on object recognition models. Additionally, Alexander plays an active role in leadership positions, including organizing a major university hackathon and serving as treasurer of the Blockchain Technology Club. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics and Finance, Alexander demonstrates a commitment to enhancing collaborative learning and advancing technology in practical applications.

FullyHacks hackathon presents an opportunity for all university students to engage in a learning and collaborative environment to design and develop innovative solutions using technology to help solve real-world challenges. Participants will have the opportunity to create projects within four distinct tracks: Accessibility, New frontiers, Security, Sustainability. Prizes will be awarded to top-performing teams in each track, recognizing their outstanding projects and efforts! FullyHacks goes beyond friendly competition, offering enriching workshops covering various technologies that students can learn from, to implement these technologies into their current and future projects.
