Bruce Sparrow

Bruce Sparrow is an experienced project manager and estimator in the industrial and commercial concrete sector, currently serving Fulmer Concrete Construction since April 2022. Previous roles include project manager at Wright Brothers Construction Company, Inc. from February 2017 to March 2022, and contract manager at Stefanutti Stocks Civils from January 2004 to August 2016, where responsibilities encompassed project staffing, program development, and commercial management. Additionally, Bruce held the position of site agent, overseeing daily site operations, and began the career as a student technician, focusing on team management and site safety. Bruce holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Chattanooga State Community College and a National Diploma in Civil Engineering from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology.
