Néstor Cruz

Néstor Cruz is a co-founder of SoyMamut, where efforts focus on connecting talent with societal and environmental needs through projects aimed at social improvement and professional skill development. In addition, Néstor serves as the coordinator of the Dual Training Program Inserta at Fundación Universitaria de Las Palmas, providing a blend of theoretical education and practical experience to enhance employability. Néstor coordinates RUTA SIETE ULPGC, a non-profit social innovation program that fosters community values and positive actions, and collaborates with Yukan Outdoor Gran Canaria, promoting active tourism with an emphasis on environmental sustainability. Néstor has been involved with Huella Positiva, organizing corporate social responsibility events centered on environmental sustainability and social justice. Previous roles include managing language and recreational sports programs at ULPGC and supporting logistics for the POLAR RAID UNIVERSITARIO initiative. Néstor holds a graduate degree in Physical Activity and Sport Sciences, a Master's in Human Resource Management, and expertise in digital competencies.
