Andy Fiol

Andy Fiol is a seasoned banking executive with extensive experience in consumer and small business banking. Currently serving as SEVP and Head of Consumer & Small Business Bank at Fulton Bank since January 2022, Andy has previously held significant roles such as EVP, Director of Channel, Segment and Product at Fulton Financial Corporation and SVP positions at Capital One, overseeing bank transformation, consumer lending, and branch sales and service. Earlier in their career, Andy contributed to Bank of America as SVP Executive, leading small business banking strategies and product management. With a background that includes eBusiness leadership at Milliken & Company, Andy holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
