Jeff Pugh

Jeff Pugh is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in government guaranteed lending and commercial financing. Currently serving as Vice President and SBA Relationship Manager at Fulton Bank since September 2020, Jeff has held various leadership positions in previous organizations, including VP and SBA Program Manager at Univest, where management of the SBA/Government Guaranteed Lending Unit was a key responsibility. Jeff's expertise in the SBA loan program is complemented by a history of obtaining SBA Preferred Lender Status for several institutions, including Continental Bank and Penn Liberty Bank. With a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Dickinson College, Jeff's career spans over three decades in roles ranging from underwriting to senior management across multiple financial institutions.
