Justin Heffner

Justin Heffner has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Justin started their career as a Loan Officer at M&T Bank in 2005 and later worked as a New Home Advisor at Keystone Custom Homes. Justin then joined MidAtlantic Farm Credit as a Farm Credit Express Loan Specialist, where they worked until 2013.

In 2013, Heffner moved to Fulton Bank, Mortgage Division, where they worked as a Mortgage Specialist for a year. Justin then joined Fulton Financial Corporation in 2014 and went through their Management Training Program before becoming a Commercial Credit Analyst. Justin was later promoted to Senior Commercial Credit Analyst and then to Regional Senior Credit Analyst.

Since 2019, Heffner has been working at Fulton Bank, where they started as a Lead Credit Analyst and was eventually promoted to Vice President. In their current role, they serve as the Specialized Group Commercial Credit Manager.

Justin Heffner attended Millersville University of Pennsylvania from 2001 to 2005. During this period, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics.
