Michele Richards

Michele Richards serves as the Director of Commercial Product and Strategy at Fulton Bank, a position held since June 2017, where innovative strategies are developed to enhance the customer journey. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Fulton Financial Corporation, managing commercial relationship teams and driving market growth in Greater Berks and Schuylkill. Michele's career at Wachovia Bank included serving as Senior Vice President for Central PA Business Banking. Academically, Michele holds an MBA in International Business from Saint Joseph's University and a BS in Finance/Management from Elizabethtown College.
