Steve Derise

Steve DeRise is currently serving as Vice President Agile Product Owner at Fulton Bank since July 2015, overseeing the nCino Horizon platform and effectively managing project delivery through Agile methodologies. Previous roles at Fulton Bank include VP Associate Product Owner focusing on Financial Services Cloud, and Vice President, Financial Center Manager, where Steve emphasized relationship-building and small business mentoring. Prior experience at Metro Bank spanned from 2007 to July 2015, including roles as Assistant Vice President, Senior Manager, and Financial Analyst, where Steve excelled in branch management, financial analysis, and project management. Earlier experience at M&T Bank as Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager laid a strong foundation for a successful banking career. Steve holds a BA in Economics from Millersville University of Pennsylvania and graduated from the Advanced School of Banking through the PA Bankers Association.
