Marcus, Jr. Bennie is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in endpoint support and technical support across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Endpoint Support Engineer for Fulton County Government since August 2016, Marcus manages support for 6,500 endpoint devices and provides third-level support for service desk incidents. Previous roles include positions at The Coca Cola Company, Dell Services, Emory Healthcare, and Chick-fil-A Corporate, where responsibilities ranged from remote support to systems implementation and customer service.
