Nikki Yolanda Hawkins

Nikki Hawkins, MBA, MSHRM, CPM, LSSYB, possesses extensive experience in human resources within the Fulton County Sheriff's Office, where roles have included Human Resources Manager, Director, and Generalist since 2011. Responsibilities include overseeing FMLA, Medical Leave, Workers' Compensation, onboarding, and the development of personnel policies and procedures. Prior experience includes serving as a Detention Officer and as Director of Public Relations at Mastering Consultant & Investment Group, LLC. Nikki holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire University, an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. Additionally, Nikki is a Certified Notary Public and has completed a certification program in Public Managers at The University of Georgia.
