Chuck Noel

Chuck Noel has a background in risk management and credit oversight. Chuck held the position of Chief Credit Officer - Retail at Fulton Financial Corporation from the start of 2015, and prior to that, they worked at BBVA Compass as a Senior Vice President - Senior Risk Manager for decision science, risk analytics, and risk assessment from 2008 to 2015. Before their role at BBVA Compass, they were also a Senior Vice President in risk management. Chuck began their career at Hibernia National Bank, where they served as a Vice President - Risk/Credit Oversight from 1993 to 2003.

Chuck Noel obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business and Economics from Baker University, where they attended from 1978 to 1980. Chuck then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance at Wichita State University, completing their studies from 1980 to 1982.
