Randy Metz

Randy Metz has over 30 years of experience in risk management and leadership roles. Randy worked as a Senior Vice President - Risk Management at Fulton Financial Corporation from 2014 to present, where they oversaw risk and compliance management for the Consumer Bank. Prior to that, Randy worked as a Senior Risk Manager at Capital One from 2013 to 2014. Randy also has experience in management consulting, where they worked as a RM Consultant from 2012 to 2013. Randy's earlier experience includes working at Security Service, where they led the strategic development of the online channel, and at Wells Fargo, where they held a Vice President - Senior Director role for over 24 years.

Randy Metz holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Washington. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in different areas of expertise. In July 2021, Randy obtained a certification in "Data Science for Business" from Harvard Business School Online. Randy also holds certifications in cybersecurity, incident response, cloud computing fundamentals, risk management, and cloud security fundamentals, legal, and compliance. These certifications were obtained from Skillsoft in October 2022 and November 2023.
