Becky Cox

Becky Cox is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health, safety, quality, and environmental management. Currently serving as the National HSQE Manager for Fulton Hogan in New Zealand since July 2014, Becky has held various leadership roles within the organization, including Divisional Manager for HSQES and People and Team Lead for Compliance and People. Additionally, Becky is a National Councillor for the National Association of Women in Construction NZ (NAWIC) since January 2025. Prior experience includes roles at ISO Limited, where formal titles ranged from National IT Service Management to National Workforce Operations Coordinator, and a brief position at Maritime New Zealand. Educational credentials include an IAP2 Australasias Certificate in Engagement, Stakeholder Engagement, earned in 2019, and ongoing studies toward a Bachelor of Applied Science in Environmental Science at Open Polytechnic of New Zealand.
