Michael Fulton is an experienced leader and engineer currently serving as Chairman of the New Zealand Hydrogen Association and Chairman of the Board for the SCAPE Public Art Trust, where the focus is on enhancing contemporary public art in Christchurch. In addition, Michael has held key roles at Fulton Hogan since 1997, including National Development Manager and National Facilities Management Manager, overseeing the delivery of construction, project management, and facilities management solutions across New Zealand. Previous experience includes a position as a Board Member on the Competence Assessment Board for IPENZ, as well as early career roles at Tonkin + Taylor as a Graduate and Civil Engineer. Michael holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Canterbury and has a foundational education from John McGlashan College.
