Michelle Trease

Michelle Trease is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and training across multiple organizations. Since July 2011, Michelle has held various roles at Fulton Hogan, currently serving as the Regional People & Culture Manager for Infrastructure Services in the Southern Region. Prior roles at Fulton Hogan include Senior HR Advisor and HR & Training Advisor for Victoria. Previous experience includes serving as Human Resources Officer at Vemco Group from October 2009 to June 2011, and Training & Recruitment Officer at the Australian Scholarships Group from 2004 to 2009. Michelle began their career as an Account Manager at Murrays Travel in 2003. Educational qualifications include a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment from the Australian Institute of Management, a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from Holmesglen Institute, and a degree in Business with a focus on Tourism from RMIT University.
