Trent Manchester is an experienced planner and graphic designer at Espiritu Loci Incorporated since June 2012, focusing on development assistance to create unique living environments. In addition, Trent has served as a representative for the Design Review Committee at Fulton Ranch since 2015, overseeing custom home submissions and inspections. An internship with the City of Mesa's Housing and Community Development Division provided valuable experience in programs aimed at assisting low and moderate-income families. Trent holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Housing and Urban Development from Arizona State University, where education centered on real estate development and community planning. Prior to these roles, Trent worked as an AutoCAD draftsman at Manchester Architects, Inc. from 2004 to 2011.
