Imani Adams

Imani Adams is an experienced creative strategist and operations lead, currently serving as Experience Operations Lead and Production Liaison at CAPE since March 2025 and as a Creative Strategist at The SpringHill Company since February 2022. Imani has also held positions as a Brand Planner at c0ffe3 since May 2019, and as a Creative Strategist at UNINTERRUPTED until June 2024. Previous roles include Jr. Brand Planner at EP+Co, Co-Founder of VCU BC Collective, and Graduate Assistant at Virginia Commonwealth University. Imani began a professional career as a Business & Digital Media Teacher at Warren New Tech High School, where a new collaborative program was developed. Imani holds a Master of Science in Strategy from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design with a minor in Business and Communication from George Mason University.
