Will Barnes

Will Barnes is an experienced professional in post-production technology, currently serving as the Director of Post Production Technology at The SpringHill Company since June 2023. Previously, Will held the role of Head of Technology at Burnish Creative, where responsibilities included designing and supporting workflows from shooting to delivery while managing support staff. As the founder and chief engineer of Mode HQ, Will operated a boutique post-production facility and provided technical services for feature films worldwide. Other significant positions include CTO at Pacific Post, Director of Technical Services at Runway, and senior roles at Pivotal Post and L.A. Digital. Will's career commenced at The American Film Institute, specializing in systems support for various editing platforms.
