Dianna Lyngholm has a diverse background in marketing and e-commerce. Dianna started their career at Navitor Inc, where they worked as a Product and Marketing Manager, creating and launching new products, managing sales and marketing plans, and attending tradeshows. Dianna then transitioned to a role as a Business Development Consultant, focusing on inside sales and acquiring new accounts.

Afterward, Lyngholm joined Carlson Craft as a Brand and Ecommerce Manager, where they developed and executed the overall e-commerce strategy for the brand, including social media, SEO, and email marketing. Dianna also set financial objectives and created marketing plans for the brand. Later, they became the Marketing Director at Carlson Craft, leading the e-commerce team, advertising department, and communications team.

Most recently, Lyngholm worked at FUN.com as the Director of Creative Services and CX. In this role, they directed brand strategy and development for multiple departments, including website experience, CRM marketing, copywriting, multimedia, content, and graphic design. Dianna was responsible for overseeing and improving company websites, retention, CRM, and new channels. Dianna also focused on creating processes and workflow improvements and ensuring on-brand content and imagery.

Dianna Lyngholm has a varied education history with a focus on business and leadership. In 2004, they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Practical Nursing, Vocational Nursing, and Nursing Assistants from Normandale Community College. Dianna then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Sales from St. Catherine University in 2007.

Later, in 2014, Dianna completed the Greater Mankato Growth Leadership Institute, earning a Certificate of Completion in Leadership. In 2015, they furthered their education by obtaining a Certificate in Building a High-Performance Organization from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.

In addition to their formal education, Dianna has pursued various certifications. Dianna obtained a Yellow Belt Certificate in 2009, although the institution is not specified. Dianna has also completed several online certifications, including Google Analytics for Beginners, Google Analytics Power User, and Advanced Google Analytics from the Analytics Academy. Other certifications include Building Customer Loyalty, Customer Retention, UX Research: Journey Mapping, and Leading Culture Change in Your Team from LinkedIn. Dianna also completed SEO Fundamentals and SEO: Link Building through SEMrush.

In February 2023, Dianna obtained the certification of Managing Generation Z from LinkedIn.
