Christianne Laender has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 1997 at Telemig Celular S/A as an Analyst of Marketing Senior. Christianne then worked at Unimed BH as a Senior Marketing Analyst from April 2006 to July 2007. After that, Christianne joined Loungerie Intimates as a Marketing Analyst, where they played a key role in the implementation and positioning of the start-up in Brazil.
In 2010, Christianne became an Senior Analyst of Marketing at Claro, where they managed profitability indicators, recharge portfolio, and distribution channels. Christianne also implemented and managed an intelligent recharge channel, leading to a 28% increase in revenue and a 58% increase in the number of customers making recharges.
From 2012 to 2014, Christianne worked at Nextel Telecomunicações as an Analyst of Marketing Senior, overseeing strategic projects such as the National Roaming project and the change of technology from IDEN to 2G/3G.
In 2014, they joined FS as a Product Manager, responsible for managing the company's main revenue line, the Cloud product. Christianne led the product's quarterly updates and development, managed technical and functional information for communication strategies, and conducted training for sales channels.
Later, in 2018, Christianne worked as a Product Manager at Digible. Christianne then moved to Funambol in 2019, taking on the role of Sales & Marketing Brasil, responsible for operations in Brazil and establishing commercial relationships aligned with the company's strategy.
Most recently, Christianne joined Dasa in 2022 as a Leader of Digital Products, where they define and manages the product backlog, aligns with growth and marketing teams for feature launches, and tracks metrics aligned with business guidelines. Christianne is also the main contact for other teams such as marketing, sales, and customer success.
Christianne Laender obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidade FUMEC - Oficial, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. Christianne later pursued a Post-Graduate degree in Marketing at Fundação Dom Cabral in 2003. In 2007, Christianne attended Centro Universitário Belas Artes de São Paulo, where they obtained a degree in Product Design, specializing in Product Design. Additionally, Christianne completed a Product Management course at Cursos PM3 in April 2023.
