Javier Pinzón Hartmann

Javier Pinzón Hartmann has extensive work experience in supply chain management and operations. Javier is currently the General Manager at Laboratorios Funat since February 2019. Prior to that, they worked as the Supply Chain Manager for Grupo Alumina from June 2016 to February 2019. Javier also held the position of Demand Planning Senior Manager for Avon S.A. from November 2013 to May 2016, where they were responsible for sales forecasting and improving the accuracy of the portfolio mix. Earlier in their career, Javier worked for Colombiana Kimberly Colpapel S.A., holding various roles such as Supply Chain Manager, National Supply Manager for Fiber, National Customer Service Manager, and Demand Planning Manager. Javier has a diverse range of experience in logistics, customer service, demand planning, production planning, and operations management. Javier's career in the industry dates back to 1996 when they started working for Kimberly Clark.

Javier Pinzón Hartmann pursued their education at Universidad EAFIT. In the years 1990 to 1995, they obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering, focusing their efforts on a thesis related to the SMED process. More recently, in 2015 and 2016, they furthered their education at the same institution by completing a specialization in Marketing, earning the title of Especialista en Mercadeo.
