Wooyeong Choe

Wooyeong Choe is a Senior Gameplay Programmer with extensive experience in the gaming industry, currently working at Funcom since April 2019, contributing to projects such as Conan Exiles and Dune, focusing on log systems and NPC AI respectively. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Server Programmer at NCSOFT from August 2013 to March 2019, where responsibilities included developing NPC AI and server-side gameplay for the AAA MMORPG Lineage Eternal, utilizing C++ and various AI design methodologies. Wooyeong's earlier roles include Intermediate Gameplay Programmer at Wemade Entertainment from October 2010 to August 2013, working on Dragon Mist for multiple platforms, and Junior Gameplay Programmer at Rhaon Entertainment from July 2007 to September 2010, where work focused on server gameplay for Tales Runner. Wooyeong holds a BEng in Game and Multimedia from Korea Polytechnic University, completed in 2012.
